Dancers

Dancing or posing? It was taken at the Imperial College Fashion Show 2006, but I can't quite remember what she was doing at that time. What do you think? Does this look more like she was doing the catwalk, or dancing for a variety show?

Take note: I'm in the red ShMood! If you don't like this shot, please critique all you want. No need to be too polite.

Nice shot. I love how sharp your shots came out compared to mine. smile I think I love your lens alot too.
The Maven: This was taken using the 50mm prime - it's a cheap but sharp lens, one of my favourites! But I'm sure your Sigma 30mm is plenty sharp too.
Then I guess you win again...it's the man behind the camera and processing....sad

Your people shots including the fashion one's are improving by the day! Keep it up

With this kind of shot, next timesee if you can get 3 people in the frame....two in the background and one in the front ( the main subject ) This would form a more interesting composition.

You have nailed the techie aspect.....lets see some more on the creative side.

You have the ability to do so much more :-D c'mon.... i'm rooting for ya!
She looks like she's waiting for something, although she doesn't quite know what it is...
Nice capture, Duane. I'm not going to read into this photograph too much. You captured the moment well. Kind regards.

great stuff Duane!
Whatever seh is doing, it is a nice shot. You have captured just the right moment with just the right expressions.

Catwalk. Her expression is lifeless, bored even. Perhaps she's thinking about going to the dance tonight. Anyway, as usual, a well executed and exposed shot.

Yep you captured the moment, I would crop out the hand a leg to the right side though, apart from that, spot on smile

First, you shot is great; but I have to agree on questioning what she was doing? She looks a little odd. Maybe you just caught her in a bad pose. As for the gal behind her...not liking the underwear band peeking over the waistband of the jeans look.
Lovely potrait shot, expressions well captured.

Spot on shot in what seems to have been quite difficult light.

Nice shot. Only the person on the right(the arm)is a bit disturbing. Otherwise a perfect picture! Well done !

That's a nice shot, but I think you could have improved on the composition a bit by shooting a bit further left, so that you get rid of the stray elbow, move her face into a vertical third on the frame, and give her more space to the direction she's turned to. As with your other fashion shots, I think your timing is great.
