Prickly picks

By camera phone - Part VIII

I had little party at my flat over the weekend. Here's a box of toothpicks in the midst of being used to prepare some finger food. The recipe for a great tasting snack to skewer on a tooth pick is:

1. half a cherry tomato
2. a bit of salmon
3. 1/4 of a crab stick
4. a cube of cucumber

The list is from top to bottom. So the dome of the cherry tomato is at the top, and the cucumber forms the base at the bottom.

really clear, concise shot. i really dig the details of the individual toothpicks.
The Maven: Thanks Nicole! Cameras are amazing little gadgets. They capture a lot of detail that we normally wouldn't take much notice of with our own eyes.
YUM, thats awesome..that just made my stomach tremble,,,starving!!! i was gonna finish up with visiting everyones blogs and then eat my lunch..but that recipe just made it impossible to do so...i have to eat now....!!!! great shot too...but the recipe is better..tongue
The Maven: Thanks Yanik. Hope the recipe comes in useful when you want to host parties. It tastes pretty good and isn't too difficult to make.
