Floating in space

By camera phone - Part XIII

This was the part of the journey that I dreaded the most, we were to begin our descent in 3 minutes. As I peered through the viewport of my cabin, the solar sail of the galactic starliner stretched before me, reflecting the intricate cloud patterns of the planet below. wow! great picture!
incredible structure!
you got the perspective.
the background works very well.
Weheeyy, this is great!!! awesome angle, great perspective...I love how the clouds can be seen on the building windows too...
crikey, this is from a camera phone! Call me a Luddite, but I kind of liked the old days when you needed real equipment to make "art"!!

Great shot though, and testament to the fact that creativity knows no bounds
The Maven: Thanks for the comments Jon. Some people are hesitant to start photoblog at Shutterchance because they think they need an expensive camera to join in the fun. With this series of shots, I'm trying to show what we can get with just a simple camera phone (doesn't even have zoom!). In fact, the latest trend at the moment is to deliberately put our DSLRs aside, and start blogging with a camera phone. smile
I love all of your photographs especially this one. Great work.
