Had a chance to test Mr Skee's Sigma 30mm over the weekend. Here's a shot of the Mrs taken wide open at f/1.4 - a bit soft, but great for portraits. Some fill flash was bounced off the ceiling to add a little soft lighting - still far from studio quality and rather yellow (or is it the Sigma tint?). Although I shot in RAW, rather than spend the Christmas hols faffing around with the temperature setting, I went for a sepia scheme.

Soft? Need better quality light? You need a 35L and a lightsphere cuz. > Anyway, nicely composed shot. Hope everyone had a nice holiday.
